Proverbs 18:10 gives us an image for prayer under pressure. The name of the Lord is not an idea to admire, but a refuge to enter.
Running to God may look like whispered prayer, Scripture remembered, or choosing trust before panic has the final word.
When anxiety rises today, run toward the Lord by name: Father, Savior, Shepherd, Refuge.
