Today's Devotional
A short Christian reflection on receiving the love of God in an ordinary day.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son.
John 3:16
Some days ask us to remember what should be obvious but has become hard to feel: God loves us before the day has gone well.
The love of God is not a reward for spiritual composure. It is the ground under our feet when composure disappears. John 3:16 gives us a love that is active, costly, and personal.
Let this reflection become a small prayer: Lord, help me receive your love honestly today, and help me live from it rather than chasing proof that I am accepted.
